The bad: Some elevator design quirks; more sound penetration from the adjoining room and cooling fans atop the building next door than one might otherwise prefer; and the laundry change machine was empty forcing one either to go in search of quarters or to go buy detergent elsewhere. Overall, though, a good value for the price. "
