"Manager upgraded our room as our travel companions had booked here previously. Room was nicely furnished but small. The one elevator we used initially stopped on every floor! Took forever to get to our room on the 4th floor. When we later asked the desk clerk, he said they are awaiting parts to fix it. Showed us another set of elevators that took us to the 5th floor, then we had to go through 2 sets of doors, down a few steps to get to our room on 4th floor. Otherwise a nice hotel in the upscale...
