"Loved this hotel. Had to check in late due to a flight delay, the man on the front desk was so nice and welcoming which was appreciated after a long day. The hotel lobby is really nice and clean, check in was easy and reasonable charges for late check out available which was great. "The property is very clean and spacious. The hostess is very helpful. Communication was great and answered promptly all of our questions. Location is great. It is a small town and the property is just a few minutes from the beach and stores. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The only thing that I was not pretty happy about was the The Neighbor downstairs smokes quite a bit, and sometimes you can smell it in the apartment entrance. Overall the place was great. "

"This wasn’t my first time staying at Matarolux, but my first time in this apartment. We found the bed very uncomfortable for two people, so one of us ended up sleeping in the bunk bed so that we could actually sleep. I strongly recommend upgrading the beds. The shower is tiny, and the water pressure isn’t right, not recommended for big people. I would like to see the cleaning fee included in the night rate; otherwise, the price seems misleading, The iron machine also needs an upgrade, it is tiny...
