Welcome to our cozy 1-bedroom period house in the heart of St Kilda, Melbourne! This newly renovated and beautifully furnished house is the perfect place for solo travellers or couples looking for a comfortable and convenient home away from home.

As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a bright and spacious living room that features a comfortable sofa and a smart TV with Netflix, Stan and Prime. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to cook up a storm, including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and toaster. The kitchen leads to a bright double height dining/ sun room which then leads onto your own private well planted courtyard.

The bedroom is located on the ground floor level of the house and features a comfortable queen-sized bed with plush pillows and linens to ensure a good night's sleep. You will also find ample storage space for your belongings in the closet as well as a ceiling fan.

The bathroom is located on the ground floor and features a shower over bath, toilet, and all the necessary amenities such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

The house is located in a quiet treelined cul de sac, just a few steps away from the vibrant and bustling Acland Street and Fitzroy Street, where you can find an array of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. The beach is also just a short walk away, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim or soak up the sun.

There is also a dedicated WFM office space on the mezzanine upstairs with a monitor and comfortable chairs. (USB C monitor connection)

Other amenities included in your stay are high-speed Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom, ducted heating, and a washer for your laundry needs.
The house is located close to public transport and there is also a visitor parking permit. Pets are welcome (not in bedroom).

Wonderful time in St Kilda
Jamie’s place is superbly located, appointed, and perfect for pets. It was super warm too (always important in the Melbourne winter!). Trams to the city were frequent and only a block away, as was Albert Park which is excellent and enormous for dog off lead facilities. Jamie was super helpful too. 5 stars all round.

We had just under a week at this place and it was awesome! Great space, fantastic location and Jamie was prompt to reply. Had a little courtyard for our dog and everything was walking distance. Jamie was quick to reply and extremely helpful. And the whole place was very well equipped from the kitchen to the laundry. Highly recommend!

Jamie’s place was perfect for my retired parents and the toy poodle. Super toasty, perfect courtyard for the dog, easy access to trams into town. Jamie was very fair and easy to reach. The personal paintings etc made the place feel like a home rather than an income stream.

This VRBO is the perfect location for those who want to live the "way of life" of St- Kilda meaning coffees, restaurant, night life, beach etc....10 minutes away of cbc of Melbourne. The kitchen and the dinning room are outstanding but the living would need a more confortable sofa and the bedroom, a more confortable matress. The coffee machine needs to be updated. I would recommand this VRBO anytime! Jamie, the host, answered our questions immediately.
