"We got all the information regarding location, access and parking prior to check in time. The property was very clean and in a quiet location. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our weekend stay. The only negative is that the property was 78 degrees when we arrived about 9pm and it took a couple of hours to cool down. Would recommend getting in the property at check-in to adjust the temperature prior to settling in for the evening. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Jon was so sweet and helpful with providing all of the information needed prior to arriving. It really helped me plan my family's vacation. My family of 10 stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. It is the perfect location! Just a few minutes from Craig’s Cruiser's, Lake Michigan and the Dunes. We had a blast all weekend. Tons of stuff to do for all ages. Thank you Jon! We will be back :)"

"The campground this rental is in is quiet and wonderful. Our girls enjoyed the playground and goats. We loved the outdoor patio space that provided privacy. This rental is well done, and I would recommend this place to anyone!"

"Our family had such an amazing stay at this home. Check-in was easy, the owner was thoughtful and accommodating, and the property was incredibly clean and comfortable. It felt like our home away from home with everything we needed. Short walk to a pristine beach and the home included beach chairs, wagons, coolers, and water toys which was great for our large group with kids. I would highly recommend this home and hope to return in the near future."

"First the owners were very responsive in answering some questions we had before booking, and in making us feel welcomed. The location was convenient to get into TC or anywhere on the peninsula. The home looks just like in the pictures and is very tidy. Cozy living room, comfortable beds, clean kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of seating areas inside and out. Grandma’s home was perfect for our group of six. We had a fantastic stay!"

"Two couples in town for a wedding. We hiked the area trails and dined at Cut River Grille multiple times - don’t miss it. The house was perfect for us. Lots of room to spread out and relax. Loved having a dining table big enough for everyone to eat and play games. The garage was definitely set up for fun. The host was great and communicated well. We really enjoyed having a property that allowed our coonhound to visit as well - he had a blast relaxing on the deck."

"My family hosted a small fishing event/picnic at West Basina Marina. I was very pleased with the cooking utensils and bowls provided. It made food preparation very easy. The location was also convenient."

"We loved the house and all of its charm. The view was amazing. Loved watching the freighters on their way to/from the Locks. We were there during both hot days (85) & cold (40). The ceiling fans kept the place very comfortable during the heat & the furnace kept us cozy when the weather turned. Great location with an amazing view! Convenient to gas, places to eat, groceries, and more. Host was responsive & helpful. We would love to return again!"

"Wonderful house — the only thing missing was washcloths and dishrags. Beds were comfy. Very nice! Our family of 14 stayed there and had a great time. Took our pontoon and had fried fish one night. Great Lake — very big - very clean. Enjoyed our time. Very nice people to work with"
