"The front desk is amazing at this hotel. They work well with every request. Our room was ready early and they let us check in. We wanted a room on an upper floor and they easily accommodated that. They are amazing. Parking is limited and tight but every hotel experiences this. Our room was great with a kitchenette. It was clean. They did not vacuum everyday and that would have helped. The access to the beach is easy."

"To begin I have to say the property is big and quite interesting , l had there own icream shop and Starbucks , they have plenty of staff that is always helpful , however you may discover a huge difference in the stay experience ,this is because they have at least 4 different options to choose ,we have first booked to stay in the Jamaican building which is very ran down currently under construction on the exterior , and I wouldn’t recommend is more of a motel experience , however we did upgrade...
