"The location is fantastic with easy access to shopping and dining and the Nashville Aquatic Center. Having the full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit was great. The covered, secure parking was also a plus. There were some unfortunate elements of our stay: The apartment smells like spoiled milk or something rancid. "This property was exactly as advertised. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. It’s an easy drive to the center of activity, but we found it more economical to use Uber than to pay in-town parking. "We (two adult couples) recently had the pleasure of a 3-night stay and it was a fantastic experience. The communication from the host was fantastic with clear instructions from check-in to checkout. The condo itself was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The Gulch has plenty of restaurants and music (recommend The Station Inn) and is a short walk 15-20 walk to the chaos on Broadway. Overall, I would highly recommend this property."
