"I have traveled for years and stayed in a variety of hotels, ranging from three to five stars. I can't recall ever staying in a hotel that didn't provide water bottles or a coffee maker in the room. After many years, I decided to visit Las Vegas and chose to stay at a nice hotel. However, I was disappointed to discover that the Venetian Hotel does not have a coffee maker in the room and charges $16 for a bottle of water. "Overall a fine place. They are extremely understaffed when it comes to checkin. Downloaded the app in the lobby for "faster check in" but our room wasn't ready. Had to get into the physical line which took about 40 minutes to get a room assigned and keys (around 8 pm). Other than that the room was as expected and overall a good stay."

The area around the property was filled with unscrupulous looking characters, especially at night. There is a ton of construction going on, so it's not very clean or convenient to get around, but we understand that should not be a reflection of the property we stayed at."

"Fountainbluau to me is better than Wynn, I like the modern & well designed spaces. The check in is close to guest elevators. The room had very good robes, slippers, nightlights at bathroom, good attention to room details a class above all hotels including The only negative I had was the wall controls for drapes etc words too small to read. 3 panels by the door, one with 6 controls were confusing, perhaps a bolder & bigger words is easier to see.
