"It was a low-frills room but clean, comfortable, and dark enough. Tap water was not delicious, water pressure strange. It was cool staying in a really old inn! I liked the ambiance and had a good night of sleep."

"I travel a lot for work on my own in remote areas of NH & VT, so finding a safe and comfortable place to stay is very important to me. The staff at Birchwood were so kind and welcoming. My room was well prepared and very clean. The only thing that made me a little nervous was the back door in the room because I was unsure if the lock actually worked and only a thin see through drape covered the window. Just something to be cognizant of for young women traveling alone! Overall, I loved my stay...

"Loved our stay at the Tilton Inn. It's a quaint old hotel with great porches to sit on and watch the local fireworks that happened to be going on. Also relax at the end of the day. Onions restaurant was excellent from the food (excellent)to the service (excellent)and even the decor. Cheryl was a great server and Jess was an awesome bartender, both friendly and helpful. Loved being able to eat and relax right at the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. "

"The description of the room was nothing like what i got when I arrived. I paid for what sounded like a great room. What i got was no better than an Econolodge. No TV, broken wifi, no comfy chair to put my feet up and read, room was poorly lit, promised a jetted tub, i got a stand up shower. I would never stay there again. "
