I stayed a single night out of a five night stay that I booked at this property, and I would not recommend to anyone. When booking my stay, the photos shown for the "superior room" sold me and the reviews stated the facility was indeed older but the location made up for it... Location did not make up for the experience my partner and I had. Upon entering the facility we were hit with a rancid smell, which I dismissed as something wafting in from the street. Check-in was smooth, the staff was friendly, and we got up to our room no issue. Once exiting the elevator, the hallway looked like I had just paid for a $40 a night motel.. Lights were flickering, carpets were stained, wallpaper was peeling, etc. Again, I dismissed it, the facility is old and the rooms must be different and clean. Wrong. As soon as we entered our room, we were hit with an odd smell and the air felt thick and humid. No matter how hard we tried, we could not get the air to kick on. The carpet looked disgusting, there was a thick layer of dust on the lamps and top of the headboard, the bed was as hard as a 2x4, the couch, chairs, and even bedside tables all had some sort of stain to them. I may be reaching, but usually there is some sort of coffee/tea maker in hotel rooms and a fridge of some sort, these did not exist in this room. If location is the only thing you are worried about, then yes, you should stay here. If you expect more than just convenience, stay elsewhere.

The property was close to Times Square and Broadway Unfortunately our rooms were not great, bedding was old, the rooms were in need of upgrading. The curtains were dirty. The rooms didn’t have coffee makers, water was not offered or available and the property didn’t have a lounge or restaurant. Most of the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Overall very disappointing, I would not recommend

We had a nice stay during a girls' theater weekend. Good location, close to subway, comfortable beds, nice view. Reasonably priced for Manhattan. Everything was great, but it might serve the hotel well to upgrade the flooring in the rooms and hallways. The carpets they have now look old and a little dirty.

I am very pleased as well as highly impressed with the Staff on all levels. I arrived in New York Coty very early because of my flight. I understood that check in was not until four so I walked around the city. When I seen the room I was completely in awe. I was on Floor 59 and I could see the lights at night as well S the activities. I will definitely visit again in the future and will book with the same hotel. On a scale of 1-10.. I would give them a 20

This hotel is in the heart of time square and you can easily walk to most places. The views from the corner room were okay. However, the facilities were less than average, the shower drain was quite slow, the sink was also very slow to drain, the carpet was stained, along with the walls. But, the lobby was nice. It is one of the cheaper hotels in the area, so I guess with that being said it was average for the cost in the area.

Window opened in room but had to have maintenance come close with a wrench, was very dirty under bed out casings/ stains. Shower curtain did not fit properly and basically flooded bathroom while showering. The upgraded city view was not worth it.

Rooms need a complete renovation. We walked into broken cabinet and the bathroom was horrible. Mold/mildew, rust, peeling corners. Tile nasty. But location was 5 stars.

Room was very noisy I can heat the elevator all night, the service is bad I want check out the girl tell me the computer was down I ask for my receipt I didn’t receive it and for the deposit supposed to be 100$ they charge me 300$ and they don’t know when they will return it because I didn’t receive any email off my stay so this hotel is disappointed for high price

The rooms are falling apart but the lobby is in good shape. Good stop to be close to Times Square and walking distance to the main attractions of NYC just don’t expect much of the rooms.
