"The staff are all so kind and attentive! The property is a little dated. There was duct tape holding the floor together in our room for example. I liked the location, it was quiet and felt very safe. We stayed while there were several conventions in town and it was still quiet, felt safe, and staff was operating smoothly. Springy beds too, lol. Cheap stay though, solid value."

"The property was fine - it's Expedia that is the problem. When I checked out of the property, I found out that the actual price of my stay was a fair bit less than Expedia charged me. And Expedia refused to refund me for the amount they overcharged me. So, check with the property before you book through Expedia - it may cost you more through Expedia than booking with the property directly, and they WILL NOT make it good with the customer."

"I didn't know about the $50 deposit until I checked in. No telephone or trash can in the room. When I asked for a receipt at check out, there printer wasn't working. So, they were going to email it to me that afternoon. It's been two days with no email. However, the room was really nice and very clean! The new owners need to get more equipment."
