"Aris Caves is located in the center of the Dome area with easily access to shops, restaurants, churches and everything that comes to mind. I first had a second thought when I booked the Spiti room (#4) as the room isn't a waterfront room. However the common waterfront breathtaking terrace is two steps out from the room. "Wow, what a dream it was to stay at Fotinos House! Mr. Fotinos and his wife, Ioanna, were so welcoming and ensured every detail was taken care of during our stay. They helped arrange transportation to/from the airport, and Mr. Fotinos even helped carry our luggage up and down the infamous staircases in Oia (and kindly refused our tip). "The property is simply in a stunning location in Oia. Super convenient to get to all the major areas of the village. Architecture is perfectly suited for the Calderas. Our room was right by the windmill which only enhanced the charm of the hotel. The view from the terrace/patio is out of this world. The staffs were very courteous. "We stayed for a couple nights. The hotel is well located and the bus station is pretty near. The pool looks different from the images (advertising with night photos?). My biggest concern goes to the bedding. They really need to change the covers wall the stuff. "
