"Amazing place! So clean, the room was great, super clean, large rooms, fantastic place to stay."

"No daily cleaning service which was now communicated prior to. We ended up with two cockroaches in the room (thankfully on the last day). Some of the pools seemed to have a film - possibly from sunscreen - so it didn’t look clean. Otherwise good resort. "

"I mentioned that the sink faucet ws almost impossible to turn on. And the toilet wohldnt fill one in 10 times. I had to keep the lid off to move the float to make it work. When mai tence came dont know what he did but the same problem still thwre. Housekeeping dont speak english. This is unacceptable. I asked to leave towels so I can use again and she replaced all of em. A waist of water in our drought condition"

"I have stayed at this location several times. This trip I was disappointed with the air conditioning in my room. The thermostat was set to 60 degrees, you would think it would be chilly, but it was never cool in the room. I had to request a fan in order to sleep comfortably. Not sure if the entire resort was the same, but many peers I traveled with said their rooms were not cool either. At times it did feel like the common areas were not very cool either. Otherwise, I do love to visit this...
