"The staff was wonderful especially the boy at the front door during daytime. Restrooms could use a few more amenities like facial tissues and towels. Other than that, I highly recommend this property. "
"The Dusit Hotel had excellent service. The staff were very friendly and the rooms very spacious and clean. They also had a very good breakfast offering covering various options, english, oriental and indian breakfast."
"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

"We had a great stay at Amari. We travel with my family and baby and really enjoy our stay. The room are spacious and very comfortable. The service, food, breakfast, facility are also great. We also love the breakfast with various BF line and it also tastes really great.
Though, there are a few things that can be improved.
- check-in: when I checked in, the staff did not provide all the information needed such as where are gym, pool, kid club or breakfast area and time. I had to ask again to confirm.
- the room is very clean on the surface but there were a few spot such as under the sink in the bathroom that there was think mold.
- the water drain in the bathroom is very slow and so every time we shower, there was water flooding in the bathroom and need to wait for a while for it to go down.
Overall, it‘s a really great hotel to stay for family. "
