"The place is very overpriced for what you get . There are issues with cleanliness and lots of insects. However staff is excellent, but the have no power to make decisions or give you a deal on anything. The bigger villas are out of date . The gym is pretty much useless . "Absolutely stunning property in every way. We stayed in Villa Melati and it is a truly magnificent house at the top of the hill. The architecture was amazing, the views across the ocean and sunset mesmerising and the staff exceptional. The breakfast and butler service was excellent, all of the staff extremely helpful and friendly ..without being intrusive. The pool was huge, the gardens stunning. A few minor repairs were needed but otherwise truly MAGNIFICENT!!!"

"Lovely 3 night stay with my Husband, we booked the vip suite to celebrate his birthday and Christmas and was well worth it. The room was really big with sofa, and large bed, tv is a little small for the size of the room. The bathroom is massive with a shower and jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was lovely , you may choose your meal from the set menu , and it’s on till 11am which is handy. Pools were lovely also. We had Christmas Eve dinner at the hotel which was very nice, reasonable price for...
