The room was not as good i it says. The shower was very poor in water pressure as well as the hot tap going cold. The toilet would not flush properly had to do it twice each time we used it. Water damage on the wall next to the main bed. Hopefully if we decide to stay their again it gets better as this was the second time we have stayed their and the first time was not good either.

It was fantastic to arrive late at the airport and be collected in a clean modern mini bus and not have to go through the drama of cancelled ride share companies- easy check in and late checkout offered as I arrived sooo late - bed was comfortable and room was clean - great service- thanks

Absolutely amazing clean and nice room quiet and only 2 blocks to get some dinner. And realised after I booked they had a free airport shuttle which was perfect as I was flying out the next morning. Will be staying again

Was a qreat place to stay being close to airport. Having the shuttle was convenient and easy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Unit was good size, clean. Will definitely stay again

Carpet near kitchen was soaking wet. Kept slipping on kitchen tiles because of this. Curtains had chocolate stains. Airconditioner remote missing so could not adjust temperature.

I didn’t like that the room that I was in was right next door to the laundry room and people banging and using at 2-3 in the morning couldn’t sleep because of it. The exhaust fan in our bathroom sounded like a plane taking off every time you turned the light on. As to the room supposedly sound proof that was just a joke as the 2 nights that stayed their all we could here most of the night where babies/ kids crying and adults screaming at them. As when we did get some sleep we were awoken by adults been abusive, slamming doors that’s just a few things. While stepping out of my room to have a smoke I even witnessed a mother belting her kid across the head all the way back to their room. I have stayed their before and it was very pleasant that why I thought I would go back but after this weekend I had really don’t think I will be going back their again.

Our flight was delayed for one hour,s we arrived at 11 pm. There were no shuttle available anymore. I had to get an Uber to get to the hotel. That's understandable, no problem.

Looks great but a closer look is advised. Aircon had front broken out looked trashy, it did work. Wi Fi was 1.5 d/load & 0 upload. 2 teenagers very critical. Like critical mass. ANNOYING. Shower drain, no grate,blocked by small bottle. Removed it, stank & hairy. Twin b/room taps loose & leaking water into cabinets. Not my problem but will be one soon. Rotten cabinets. Beds like concrete. Little sleep.

My stay at the GEML was overall good. The room was clean, but outdated. The bed was average, but not uncomfortable. The bathroom was small but functional. It's perfectly fine for a motor lodge and I would stay here again if I was looking for a cheap, quick and easy place to stay.

Lovely place to stay. Staff are super welcoming and helpful. I was taken aback however with the new $200 deposit. This wouldn’t be a problem if cash was accepted as it takes upto 10 days for some banks for the deposit money to return into our account.

Very handy location to get to where we needed. Very spacious rooms, quiet to the outside noise being on a busy main road. Happy with the price and ease to get to it.

I enjoy staying there rooms are allways clean and enjoy sitting out on the balcony relaxing , I just wouldn't stay in the room right across from the road as it was really hard to sleep from traffic and noise
