"Awesome place. 5star shower. 5star bed. Clean as a whistle. Thick walls & quiet. They Upgraded us to an apartment. Everthing worked like it shouldve. 3 star resort so didnt expect gold fittings. No faults except by outside services, blame main roads for potholes & roadworks & blame Telstra for crap reception & internet. Would like motel to fit security chains on doors & upgrade TV's to SMART TV types so we can view apps by subscriptions. "

"The property was beautifully decorated, with great views. Location was perfectly situated between the 2 sand blows. But the internet connection is poor and couldnt watch any netflix etc. Insulation between master and living space was zero and theres no door between master and ensuit. The noise coming from the appartment above at night time was constant, as they had children running around at all hours of the night and the use of the spa from above after 9pm. From other bedrooms the elevator was heard a lot, kids were playing in the lift early and then during check out we were wait for ages, as the kids were playing with them holding them up."

"Unfortunately, I hadn't read the negative reviews before I booked our stay at the Rainbow Sea Resort. While our suite had stunning views over the ocean and was attractively decorated in a Hamptons/beachy style, as shown in the promotional photos, those were the only positives. The bathroom and kitchen were in dire need of a thorough deep clean; there was grime and black mould in the bathroom, and a very unpleasant smell in the kitchen. I should also point out that, although the Resort's website states that guests can book tours at the front desk, this is no longer the case."
