"Before we arrived at the apartment we received an email a few days before departure from the local property manager given us details of the area of the apartment and how to gain access. When we did arrive we were so impressed with the apartment. The whole outside was lovely and we got the sun for most of the day. Inside we couldn't fault either. "My room was bright and large. Everything looks beautiful with flowers (I particularly love to see and smell lavender everywhere. Dining options not great: sometimes open, sometimes closed with no notification. Sometimes buffet, sometimes a la carte, again no notification. Reception: staff not too friendly (except for one young man, but unfortunately I did not take his name) Not gracefully offering assistance, even to simply call a taxi for me. "We love El Valle and have stayed here several times. The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. It was a bit tricky to find (as the building number can’t be seen from the road), but once we found it the check in details were pretty straightforward. Apartment was clean, bit of an odd smell in one of the bathrooms but that reduced as we opened doors and windows. Otherwise it was very clean and has everything you need. Would happily return and recommend to others."

"We’ve been to El Valle several times and again, it did not disappoint. The villa is clean and well equipped, communication with Della was always quick and really helpful. Our boys loved it - the pool, parks and ability to get to the beach easily (you do need a car). Lovely stay!"

"This property is perfect for any family of 4. We stayed for 9 nights and had a really lovely break. Apartment was lovely and clean, very functional, lovely balcony. Perfectly positioned with options of pool area. Overall really lovely. The tiniest improvements would make it even better - better pillows, large glasses in the kitchen, perhaps a small BBQ to enjoy the balcony area."

"We love to come away for a week in May after a long cold winter and this holiday has been perfect. The villa and outdoor area are superb. The pool was heated which meant we could swim whenever we wanted, ideal for my 10 year old!! The villa was clean and had everything we could want. "The villa is very comfortable and has all the home comforts needed for an enjoyable stay. The communication with Neil and Della was quick and easy. The clubhouse on site was very good and the shop was useful. Great outlook from the villa to the golf course. Easy access to Balsicas to catch trains to Murcia or Cartagena if you didn’t want to drive and some great promenades in easy reach for walks and cafe stops. Excellent!"

"The villa is so well equipped and kept to an amazing standard that we did not want to leave. The outside space is perfect for relaxing by the pool, a peaceful family bbq in the evening followed by drinks to watch the sunset. Everything in the villa was done to a high standard and it felt very safe and secure, we only ventured out for 1 day as we did not see the need to explore. We will definitely be returning in the future."
