We were on the 19th floor. Overlooking the pool and off to our left and right were some mountain views. Iur room appeared to be remodeled. I had read reviews where people stated it was outdated. Not our experience. Lots of choices in The Row to eat. Did the Laugh Factory one night. The walk by the river was nice

Unfortunately, like many hotels, patrons can smoke in the casino and the ventilation was not able to clear the smell of cigarette smoke from the entry area in valet, as well as on the casino floor. The mezzanine was a little better by the registration desk. We did request a non-smoking floor which was good.

My husband and I stayed two nights in a supposed handicapped room. The door to the room barely allowed the scooter he needs to pass through. In addition the door opens in so I had to stretch my arm to hold it open and hurt my back in the process. I couldn’t hold the door inside because room wouldn’t allow. Once in the room there was no area large enough to fit the scooter so we had to back it up to the door to park it. The bathroom was large enough with grab bars but no other grab bars in the room. Hubby had to use walls to balance himself. We were allotted towels along with one washcloth. I had to ask housekeeping for more. While husband was napping, he woke to a man from engineering in his room who explained he didn’t think anyone was in the room. For the price, it was a waste!
