For such an expensive hotel I found the service at reception very underwhelming. The lighting in the room, especially bathroom for doing makeup etc was terrible. The shower was also horrible."

"The hotel was a perfect choice for my car loving and footballer son. The pictures on the website does not do it justice. The hotel is a car museum and showroom which was a brilliant excellent suprise for my son. The stadium was close by and travelling to and fro the hotel was easy, trains are a short walking distance from the hotel. From reception to restaurant staff, they were all friendly. Quite peaceful stay. "

The bar at the 5th floor is great, over the weekend it is full and there is great music. "The room was clean in the sense that the bathroom was nice but the room itself was quite dusty. Also the curtains in the room were very badly stained and had a cigarette hole in the sheer curtain. Not that it personally impacted my stay or experience it just is not a good look. Also towards the top of the room you can see the air vents need a proper cleaning, there were some cracks in the wall. Staff was great and the beds were comfortable so overall it was enjoyable. 8/10 "
