"The hotel is a uniquely decorated boutique hotel. It was about a 10 minute walk from the tourist info bldg. and a quick walk to the food alley and the waterfront promenade. We were allocated a very spacious suite on ground level in the bdlg. close to the hotel entrance. However, the room had its drawbacks. The TV is located too far from the beds for easy viewing ... we assume the designers assumed people would sit on the sofa to watch . Our room had a locked connecting door to an adjacent room ....

"We stayed in the cabin with a private kitchen. It came with towels, pots, pans, dishware and cutlery, fridge, microwave and hotplates to prepare food. Our stay was amazing. We loved the hot pool and the location. The cabin had heating and was warm (very cosy). The shared bathrooms were clean, with a hairdryer for ladies. Not sure if there were any dishes in a shared kitchen. Easy check in/out experience, very nice staff in reception. We'll be returning."

"The room had lake view and that was truly beautiful. The sun rose over the lake in the mornings. Service was great, but some things were not working. They really tried to get things right. The room did not heat, so they gave me a different room. In the new room, the chromecast did not work. They tried to fix that but did not succeed. Overall, it was a positive experience."
