"The property is excellent. Every detail catered for. Right in the middle of town. Just a small point and no ones fault, the next door neighbours baby and children were a little noisy in the mornings. Otherwise perfect"

"This place is positioned right by restaurants, cafes and a few bars. Only a 20 minute walk to the middle of Freo, so location is perfect. Only thing we did notice is that the trains are easily heard and the walls between apartments are VERY thin ;-)"

There is definitely no swimming pool or dryer as per the blurb on the Stayz Website. The air con is only in the bedroom and all the windows on the southern side are unable to be opened, so no cool ocean breeze. Checkout is supposed to be 11am. We weren’t asked if it was ok if the cleaner came at 10.30, just sent a message saying that’s what was happening. The owners...

"Following a warm welcome by Vivien and her 2 dogs, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this homely apartment which has all the amenities plus nice extra touches, eg. small vase of flowers. Chris and Vivien are most obliging, and the outside garden area is delightful."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. Everything was exactly as described. The Beach view was idyllic, the apartment was big and comfortable. 2 Bathrooms (1 en-suite) helps make such a difference. The apartment had everything you need - Towels, linen, pots, pans, crockery, Fridgefreezer, oven, microwave, washer, dryer etc etc. A welcome bottle of wine was also a lovely touch and gratefully received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and would stay again for sure."

"V very stressful when we first arrived as the cleaning was not done. The time was 215 and on the original paperwork it said booking in at 2 o’clock. This was rectified after I phoned the office clean towels were brought so we could shower as we was going to a bit of wedding and only had 30 minutes to get ready a nice apartment.
