"I checked in around 9pm, the receptionist was nothing but helpful and nice. The staffs at Anzu restaurant was very nice as well despite me sitting down at 9:20pm and them closing at 10pm. Highly recommend!!"

"Stay in the Main Street of San Francisco. It was a walkable distance for the shopping area. We enjoyed the sauna that you had to pre book and have all too yourselves. The beds were super comfy and were very happy with our stay."

"The hotel was beautiful and the room was comfortable. The view could have been nicer, but we were only on the 5th floor inside a major city so what more could I expect, really? Unfortunately, we didn't get to use any of the amenities or facilities, but based on what I saw, I'm sure they would have been equally nice. The Parking Fee was absolutely ridiculous, but I don't blame the hotel for that - parking inside major cities has always been ludicrously overpriced for absolutely no reason other than to gouge out-of-towners. It would have been nice if parking was included in the price of the room - as it has been at other places I have stayed in San Francisco."

"I stayed here for a long weekend of sightseeing and it worked out perfectly. The restaurant on site is great, and staff was attentive and efficient. There is a dedicated ride share pick up location just outside of the hotel, which was convenient, but it is super easy to walk and utilize public transit from here as well. Great value overall and would highly recommend. "

"I just didn’t like the drug addicts cleaning out the cigarettes cans while I’m enjoying the fire pits and enjoying a cigar, his comments left me feeling unsafe. "
