Only time in my life I didn't tip them, they NEVER cleaned our room over a four night stay. No biggy for us, we spend very little time in the room. Other than that, it was a GREAT stay."

"Fantastic stay here, was not the first time and won’t be the last! The bathroom was remodeled since our last stay as well, which was a nice surprise. The only issue encountered, the elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor with a special needs child. That was a major challenge to navigate. Luckily we only stayed one night. Otherwise I would’ve had to make different arrangements. Wish they had let us know before we stayed, however our stay was ultimately pleasant regardless of this issue....
