"Didn’t realize this was a love hotel when booking. The neighborhood and reception desk was extremely sketchy, but the room was amazing. Sauna and bath were great and the coffee & tea was delicious. The pillows were a bit flat and the condoms were too small, but there was a massage chair in the room with mood lighting & karaoke. Overall definitely worth the price if you’re looking for a cheap stay between hotels."
"This was a very nice hotel. The staff were amazing. Very friendly, very polite. I would rate this hotel a 10 on almost everything except I found that the rooms could be cleaned a bit better. The walls and ceiling were dirty the doors were dirty...needs to be wiped down properly especially since this is such a high-end hotel, and the vents and fans are full of dust like they haven't been cleaned for years. I was quite surprised. Also our first night there was a stain on the bed sheets and there...
"Location was great, near subway station. Lots of good food downstairs by the hotel. Alleys are lively at night. Only bad part is the room was small but that is expected in tokyo. Service was good, hotel was clean, checkin was easy."
"If you want to stay in the heart of all Shinjuku craziness this is a great location. We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are small and so it was difficult to unpack, but the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were all very helpful in helping us navigate our first few days in Japan. "
