"I booked this hotel for my parents. The hotel staff told them that there would be no water from 9pm - 1:30am. My parents thought it was okay and they checked in. After that they noticed that there was already no water then around 5:30. They decided to switch to another hotel because of this. They check out without touching any piece in the room but the hotel refused to refund. "

Just a little surprised that the Guest service department messed up and sent me an “URGENT” email about me not checking in and failing to make payment after I had already checked in and paid in full with deposit the night before.
