"The hotel was fabulous. The room was beautiful and serviced every day quickly. The restaurants and bars are also fabulous. Friendly staff who always wanted to help in any way. The only thing is the Club Room Lounge. It is very small an beause it is near the pool it does not feel like a special place and too quite. We opted to have breakfast in the One Ninety Restaurant every morning. Other hotels we have stayed at in the Club Room Lounges have been on a separate floor and very large and...

"We had a wonderful stay. I loved the modern and fun vibe of W. The staff were very welcoming and warm. We really enjoyed the pool and noticed the kids having a great time on the slide.
