"Love the pool area and right across was the beach. Only problem was the hot tub was really cold. When asked staff said it was cause it was powered by air condition of the rooms so if there’s no one using the air condition not so many people in the hotel it won’t be warm cause they Are eco friendly. "The stay it's self was great. Clean rooms, accessible, good location. However, the reservations team leave a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I arrived early morning (2am) after being caught in the Dubai Floods, no luggage, over tired etc, so when I booked the room online, it had already clicked over to the next day, I tried to change my booking to the actual night I was there, however they were inflexible and would not support me in a simple movement.
