It stated on company & Expedia websites that the room included a jetted bath, there was no bath at all.
Front office offered to downgrade me to get one as there was "full occupancy" but judging by car park & other observations, I highly doubt this was the case. No follow up was given on any other day I stayed nor any other recompense offered.
There was also some construction noise inside & outside the building which I was not made aware of prior or at check in.
There was some mould on curtains in several places & the tv cut in and out with regularity.
The room was fairly spacious & most of the appliances worked well.
Overall, really disappointed with the stay & am unlikely to return.

Hi Justin,We appreciate your feedback, yes we have made an error with the features for the Executive Studio Beach Apartments by including a Spa Bath. We have subsequently changed it. Our apologies, this room type has walk-in showers.Our goal was to provide you with an apartment with a Spa Bath after alerting us to the issue. We definitely offered you the only recourse available, & that was a room type that was less than what you booked.There is a construction site a block away, but we definitely have no building works being carried out inside the Resort.I apologize we didn't meet your expectations, our Executive Studio Apartments are our most popular to the standard of accommodation & pricing.Kind Regards,Brett ThompsonGeneral Manager
Perfectly situated on the end of the esplanade which is full of boutique stores and dining options. Opposite the surf club and main beach. Beautiful easy grade walks in every direction. Rooftop spa, swimming pool and spa salon on site. The only thing i didnt like was the parking as you can't access it before check in, the allocated check in bays are hard to spot and once checked in you have have to open the electric doors from the wrong side of the drive so if others are entering or exiting it feels like youre playing dodgems.

Great location, close to beach, cafes, surf club etc
Only negative is the resort pool and surround area which is far too small for a hotel of this size. Overcrowded and not enough seating most times, and little shade cover.

Room was dirty/dusty. Air conditioning didn’t work. Reception closes at 5pm so nothing gets sorted till the next day. Great spot opposite the beach however customer service/reception could do with some improvement.

Our reception is open to 6.00 pm on Friday & we have an after-hour service when our reception is closed. We were unable to change apartments that night as we were fully booked. When I booked a studio apartment it had ocean views when I got there I was allocated a pool view so was dissatisfied at that then we find lilies on the floor so cleaning was poor location great staff polite but please allocate the right rooms and cleaners pay little more attention to the floor

But this resorts bath rooms were very old and very dated they need to be renovated as the shower ,step up bath was very awkward to get into as they had a little ladder for you to use to get in

Over the years the majority of apartments have had the Spa Bath replaced with a walk-in shower. But we still have demand for the Spas. Great location at one end of the esplanade. Easy to find, great parking, direct access to the esplanade below. But still very quiet in the room. Great amenities, everything I needed for my weekend. Would definitely come back.

Amazing views from our room.
We absolutely loved our unit with such an amazing view of the beach - we were in room 677. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the balcony.
The only issue was that the shower was over a small spa bath and it was quite high a high step to get into and out of the shower.
Otherwise we loved everything about the Landmark Resort.

Would definitely stay against, if there was a small negative a 2 bedroom apartment needs 2 bathrooms, but it was workable.
