This stylish, beautifully renovated apartment directly overlooks Alexandra Headland. Sit at the breakfast bar and take in the stunning ocean views. Located between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore it is within easy access of local amenities, restaurants and cafes as well as stunning beaches. Sit back and soak up the sun and the ocean, this insta worthy apartment is perfect for a weekend away or a romantic getaway.
House Rules:
* Strictly no Parties.
* Strictly no Smoking.
* While we love animals, this property is unsuitable for pets.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.

Great weekend
A lovely Kitchen and bathroom with very modern appliances all in good order. The view from the balcony was first rate over the Ocean. Alex Headland is a lovely area with a friendly atmosphere. Plenty going on around Alex Heads surf club and also into Mooloolaba. We really did have a great weekend.

Amazing unit!
Stayed 5 nights. Great unit with an amazing view. Really clean, nicely appointed with high end appliances. Location was great, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.
