It won't be hard to make yourself at home in the large, full-facilities kitchen. The expansive bench/preparation space caters equally well for short or long stays.
The integrated open-plan living feels spacious and relaxed, and the lounge room has been furnished with a coffee table, and comfortable armchairs and double seated sofa. It serves as the perfect place to enjoy family movie nights and kick back with a good book whilst taking in the amazing view.
You can dine at the table of six, or venture outside to the undercover entertaining balcony that offers unrivalled sunrises and sunsets with the ocean as a backdrop. Set yourself up with a beverage and some nibbles, and take a seat in the covetable Coogee beachside ambience. There is also a gas BBQ for use if you feel like grilling with a view.
Each bedroom features a unique large artwork, built-in robes and seating. Bedroom 1 and 2 contain queen beds, whilst the master room has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom.
The stylish main bathroom has a separate bathtub and enclosed shower, with extended vanity.
The property is located on a prime street in a sought-after Eastern Beaches location, just metres from the Coogee beachfront. It is also in close proximity to a variety of local shops and popular cafs, bars and restaurants, with public transport (bus) to both the city and Bondi Junction is available nearby.

Just north of Coogee is Gordons Bay, a beautiful oceanic spot with lots of wildlife and excellent snorkelling thanks to the 600m underwater marine trail
When not in the ocean, take a dip in one of Coogees many ocean pools. Our favourite is Wylies Baths or Giles Baths
Right next door is Barzura, the local spot for modern takeaway and dine-in Australian cuisine, including a breakfast served till 1pm and extensive fresh juice, smoothie, cocktail and mocktail list
For a Southeast Asian feast, top rated local favourite Sugarcane is just steps away!
For casual dining, multi-level Coogee Pavilion has something to please everyone and often host live performances.
Home truth:
Garage clearance is 1.9m. Access can be tight for large cars, but parking spots are large.
Works are happening within the building to update the lift. You need to keep this in mind before booking as there may be noise from the works during the day. No compensation will be offered for the noise/construction works. Thank you for your understanding.
