We stayed there for just one night during VIVID and during check out, we reported a problem with the shower head that impacted our enjoyment of showers. The Assistant Manager listened to us and offered us free breakfasts to make up for it. Lovely gesture which we appreciated and enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Sydney. "
