"We stayed in an old silver airstream caravan and it was great fun. Because of its age you have to expect a few problems but nothing to spoil our enjoyment. The aircon was a bit rubbish so it got a little uncomfortable at times and bed not overly conducive to a good nights sleep as old and badly fitted sheets. It’s a unique experience and the tv park is lovely as are the staff. A free limo takes guests to and from the famous Texas steak ranch. "

"The property is perfect. Expedia on the other hand is not perfect. They have the wrong address, no contact info for expedia or the property. For anyone else staying ill help Expedia do their job. Go into the ranch at the end of the road to find the suite."

" First why is this called blanco river resort when you get there it’s clearly Tillman resort, confusing? The cottages were very nice, clean, inviting. The closeness to the river was very relaxing and the property very well kept. We did not use the restaurant on site but a nice touch. The things I noticed it could use; the back door deadbolt did not work. There wasn’t tissues or paper towels for use. The bed comforters are too heavy for summertime use. "My wife, son and I stayed here for four days and absolutly loved it. The cabin itself was a great place to stay and was very well stocked with anything you might need. The fresh eggs were a great touch and probably my wifes favriot thing. Being able to step outside and fish from the back dock was really nice. They also have a private lighted pier across the street on the river. I highly recomend this place. We will be back."

"A very nice and quite property. Well taken care of with easy access to lake for swimming or fishing. Nice fire pit areas established down by lake or up by the cabin. Didn't hear anyone else the entire time their except the boats that were trolling in the cove. Owners answered any questions we had and very willing to help. Definitely will keep this property in mind for future weekends. Thanks again."
