"This hotel was a great find. It is in a great location for walking to all of the main sites. There are plenty of restaurants and street food nearby. The rooms are unique and very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive Our best hotel stay during our trip!!"

The property is in the heart of the Nimman area; super close to lots of great dining options (Thai / Western restaurants, cafes & bars), walkable area with easy access to songthaew's (and other modes of transport) that can take you all over the city. Hotel was clean and tidy with lovely decoration and a sufficiently sized pool to relax in. A bonus is the rooms smell incredible because of some kind of vanilla-scented oil they use! We didn't try the breakfast / food options...

"Room basic but clean ... but no issues given the price. Shower pressure not good. Pool was green and no way would I use it ... needed emptying,cleaning and guessing pumps needed some work. Despite menus beibmng out no foid availabe...not the end of the world. Overall for what I paid, am generally ok but was disappointed about the pool..."

"Good hotel for the price. Not a ton around the area but there's a great Arabic restaurant across the street. Pros: The room was very spacious and a/c worked great. Staff was very friendly, free breakfast included. Cons: No elevator, not a huge deal but a bit of a pain with a room on the 5th floor. "It was clean, small and adequate for us. The room was very small and just bearly acceptable for 2 people with 2 small pieces of luggage. The balcony was nice but the neighboring hotel was doing some noisy construction work which was aggravating but NOT Golden Moon’s fault! Breakfast was adequate and some selections quite tasty. It’s an ‘all you can eat’ scenario so was sad to see some other guests taking total advantage of the offering and not eating all that was provided. order what you can...

Poorly lit street, dark empty abandoned buildings across street, hotel is old and dated, dark hallways lights work off of motion sensors, you cannot take your room key with you, you must leave your key at front desk when you go out, old broken furniture, small rooms dingy and musty, no curtains just a louvre door, street noise, guest charge, poor tv channels, absolutely horrible!!! A rip off!!!"
