"Across the road from the esplanade with walking/cycling paths and views of the water. Easy access to the Marina and the Restaurant, local cafe's, public swimming pool, parks, and the dolphin feeding activity. "
"Very nice rooms which was well appointed and clean. It was walkable to the pub which provided a nice option for dinner. For the price it was very good. Not too far from Rainbow Beach and other local attractions."
"Reviews were bad that I read.
We loved it..the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and had views of Tin Can Bay…being a surfer I liked the pictures on the walls of my room..we had front rooms that entered onto a balcony and lovely sea air coming in..I would definitely stay there again "

"Awesome place. 5star shower. 5star bed.
Clean as a whistle. Thick walls & quiet.
They Upgraded us to an apartment.
Everthing worked like it shouldve.
3 star resort so didnt expect gold fittings.
No faults except by outside services, blame main roads for potholes & roadworks & blame Telstra for crap reception & internet.
Would like motel to fit security chains on doors & upgrade TV's to SMART TV types so we can view apps by subscriptions.

"Unfortunately, I hadn't read the negative reviews before I booked our stay at the Rainbow Sea Resort. While our suite had stunning views over the ocean and was attractively decorated in a Hamptons/beachy style, as shown in the promotional photos, those were the only positives. The bathroom and kitchen were in dire need of a thorough deep clean; there was grime and black mould in the bathroom, and a very unpleasant smell in the kitchen.
I should also point out that, although the Resort's website states that guests can book tours at the front desk, this is no longer the case."
