Your space is newly renovated, modern, with an ocean feel to it and all the modern amenities.
Situated at the quiet end of Gregory street, but still just a short walk to the waterfront Strand, parks, and cafes!
The unit itself is on the beach end of the complex which means if there's a breeze to be found, you'll get it.
The large private front patio is back from the road providing a quiet and private space.
