"We had a great stay - the staff are amazing and the location is very cool. Great views and great food and a real experience. Unfortunately one member of the group slipped over and hurt their leg quite badly, but the staff were incredible and organised crutches and took such care. "Great location right in the centre of Phu Ly and with a lovely view of the river which was really pretty at sunset. The room was very clean and modern, with a great shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice, with eggs and pho cooked to order. The pool was great. Everyone at the hotel was really kind and friendly, especially Linh and Anh on reception. I would definitely stay here again!"

Breakfast had decent options and the goat soup with scorched rice I ordered for room service was incredible. "Cute space with a feeling of a tropical oasis. Very quiet and lovely decoration. Bed was comfortable and large, outdoor balcony was appreciated with views towards the little river. Staff were friendly and helpful - arranging laundry and drivers for us. Very quick walk to center of town but good restaurants just next door if needed. Walkable to some of the main sights too.
