"The apartment was lovely! We will definitely book again if we revisit Dubai. It is located across from the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. Everything is at your disposal. Plenty of food and coffee options feet away. The area is great. Parking took two times to get but is easy once you get it down. We messaged the what’s app a few times and never got a response but everything was taken care of in moments of messaging. We really loved the space here. Hope to come again."

"This hotel located 5 minutes away from the ‘Union’ metro station by walk. Also, big shopping mall is connected with the hotel. The shopping mall has many stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. All hotel staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the hotel and I will stay again when I go back to Dubai."

"Very comfortable stay. Property looks a bit dated, but it's no-nonsense, has excellent sound isolation, spacious rooms and helpful staff. They could perhaps add some sockets near the bed. Oddly they also provide tea/coffee only at check in, and don't replace these at housekeeping, but that's a minor issue. Drying clothes might be a bit difficult in the bathroom. While the kitchen is functional, there's very little in terms of utensils, so unless one has their own, it's hard to cook. However, the...

"I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. Bilal was excellent, very helpful but had not given me an access card which I needed to get to the communal area where the swimming pool was. Again...

Housekeeping came when they wanted to literally at 7pm. When I wanted them they never came. Came when I didn’t need them. Kitchen supply very limited.
