"Once you’ve stayed at Halekulani you won’t want to stay anywhere else else..It is a slice of heaven in Honolulu. The property is gorgeous, peaceful pristine, unparalleled service."
"Everyone was very friendly. It was a bit noisy but that is to be expected considering where it’s located. Only complaint is I called once for extra coffee pods and they were never brought to us. Other than that, very nice stay. "

"the front desk staff did not explain clearly on the text notification before room readiness at 3pm only. When I came to desk again at 3:20pm to ask the room readiness, said it is ready. She did not patiently explain to me that the text only notifies if the room is ready before 3pm. "
