"We arrived earlier than expected by several hours, but it didn't cause any problems and we were placed in a room without any fuss. On our departure the proprietor Ian drove us to the railway station at 0515 hrs. Doing the little bit extra was a feature of the motel staff."

"The deep blue sea is the perfect place for a hens, bucks, anniversary or any special occasion in your life. It's a one stop shop for some pampering or just a peaceful place to take in the beauty that Warnnambool has to offer, all within walking distance to the hotel. It has so much to offer, from a swim in the pool to a soak in the bath house or to one of the many treatments they have on site. Everything is in easy walking distance which is so convenient. It takes the stress away of worrying about parking traffic etc.
The hot springs will leave you wanting more weeks after the wonderful experience. We went on a cold day and it was just delightful to go from the cold in the healing warm pools. We experienced almost all of them. My partners and my favourite was the cave with the water fall, it was peaceful, private and relaxing. The warm lasting feeling is very comforting especially on those cold winter days.
The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, from the first point of contact to meeting them in person on arrival. They were happy to answer any questions we had and had great local knowledge about local restaurants, I would definitely come back.
The food was delicious and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Great coffee at breakfast with the option of purchasing a latte or cappuccino. It's great that they have a menu that caters for everyone, which is reasonably priced.
I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this. "
