"Overpriced, floors were slimy. When we open the door the smell was unpleasant. Smelled like dead fish and bleach. Bed was uncomfortable, unit was small with damaged no the furniture and mould on the shower Curtain. At 200 / night we expected better. Might be time for the Big4 group to review who is in their group. "

"Lovely place and great for family and friends. Good location. Yard could have been mowed as there was a lot of sticky grass seed. Couldn’t really walk in the yard without seed attaching to our shoes and legs."

Just book it!
"We have stayed in 3 room types here and all have been clean, comfy and we would ve happy with any of these rooms for a future stay! Our first room was a 1 bedroom, 2nd stay in a 2 bedroom lift access over looking the pool now 2 nights in Ocean View 2 bedroom lift access and its WOW WOW WOW Lovely views, top decor and very nice stylish apartment! The whole complex is well looked after, clean, cared for! Staff (Kim) is friendly helpful and made our stay very pleasant. The location is the best, right on the beach front with the best shops and cafes around. We will be back to Eden @ the bay with extended family for our next family stay in Hervey Bay. "
