"Hotel is currently under construction that was moderately disruptive. Plus the property next door was under construction and they used a VERY loud pile driver all day that was right outside my window. Thursday night was some kind of party with a band and amateur fireworks that kept me up. Hotel restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast buffet also terrific. Probably 2 dozen restaurants within walking distance as was the very long and very safe malecon. Felt very safe in the area. "
