The biggest problem we had was that our bathroom door would not close completely, and the air conditioner was a bit lackluster. That said, the staff was fabulous in helping us get a new room with no fuss and helping us out with little needs here and there. In fact, I would give the staff a 6 out of five if I could. Otherwise, the place is in an extremely convenient location, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast area was both clean and well stocked with delicious offerings. If I had to fly back into Columbia I would gladly stay here again.

Room 630 I was very disappointed that the tub drain did not hold water so I was unable to take a bath. Breakfast food and service was excellent. Personal omelet was a lovely surprise
