We called and requested a room with a pull-out sleeper bed. The person I spoke with said no problem, we can accommodate. We arrived to find the hotel didn't accommodate.

Clean, comfy, and super close to the train station. The front desk staff were very friendly. Overall, a great stay and a place I’d return to the next time I’m in Aachen.

Nice clean hotel close to the train station and 10-15 minutes walk from the old city. I liked the little closet area between main door and a secondary door to the room. Good strong hot shower. Can’t comment on the breakfast as I didn’t purchase this extra.

Staffs are super friendly, and professional. The room was perfectly cleaned. They changed my room as I found a big bee came inside of the first room I got. The air conditioner works well which is rare to find here in Germany. Great price-quality ratio.
