"We had booked a room with an extra person and therefore an extra bed. They never gave the extra bed. The room was also not clean. The bathroom door did not close all the way. Overall absolutely not the 4-star hotel that it claims to be. I'd give it a level of 2 star."

"Della is a little different from other Resorts seen. Lots of Adventure activities to do. Also some virtual ones like bowling. Small small things like Darts are also thrown in which is nostalgic. The complex itself is extremely well laid out and beautiful. Before going, I had checked the internet and found that there were negative comments about two major things. One was the quality of service and the second was the price of food. Based on my experience, I can say that the quality of service was excellent. There wasn’t one occasion when the response was not outstanding. On the price of food, yes it is a little bit expensive, but there are options available in the Sports arena which are relatively affordable. Some options on the Parsi Dhaba (1500 for two people) as well as the PNF (1800-2000) for two people are available. On a trip like this it is the overall experience that is extremely important. The experience was simply outstanding. "

"Good set up , good rooms , scenic view. Spa was not operating , should have announced in advance since there are very few places around to spend time, mainly before rainy season. Reception does not have any information about the places around the location."

"Much better than expected in general. Got an upgrade, the room was big, clean and very convenient. The pool at the rooftop was definitely a highlight and provided nice views."

"The rooms were worn out. Fridge was broken. Kept having them come and fix stuff or replace things that weren’t stocked properly. Ac couldn’t keep up. Everything had a dirty appearance. My child spilled on the comforter and the cleaning staff just turned the blanket over to give the appearance of putting on a clean one but the dirty part was just turned to the inside. Very disappointing. The morning breakfast comes with an ear basting performance of people “dancing” in costumes, clogging up the spaces to walk to get your breakfast. Literally was trapped by the breakfast bar with my terrified child for 5 minutes until they finished. It was not at all the peaceful breakfast one needs, unless you enjoy a headache with your toast. I wouldn’t book here again. "

"Extremely polite and professional staff. However, the buffet dinner timing should be extended from 8-10 pm to at least 8-11 pm. Not every guest is habituated with finishing their meal by 10 PM. Also, the buffet counters are removed after the cut off time which means your food tends to get cold. If course the staff was courteous enough to serve food after 10 PM. However, if the timing is extended, it saves everyone the hassle."
