"We stayed here for 3 weeks after flying in from the US to visit family in the nearby area. We didn't want to be in a hotel for 3 weeks as we would find that claustrophobic. This was the ideal solution. The park staff were excellent and could communicate easily in English and German if needed. "This home was a perfect stay during our visit to the Düsseldorf trade show(about 30 min). The apartment was super clean, bright, all the comforts of home plus more extras like spices, coffee, shampoo, and welcome drink and snack. Ellen was delightful and a wonderful host. "Beautiful property and seems to be a remodel of a reputable building. Keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage etc it is difficult to manage getting in the building from parking to room. It is not clear from the parking lot where the entrance to the facility is. The functionality of the building is not for travelers with luggage. Stairs exist and elevators too but they are out of the way. Carpet is on the floor in some areas so it makes it difficult for the luggage to roll. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. Location is great for biking or walking to nearest shops. Room and amenities were superb. "
