"Desværre var pool lukket og vi var ikke oplyst om dette hverken ved bookning eller indtjekning. Vi valgte dette ophold netop fordi der var pool på stedet. Ellers havde vi valgt en anden destination. Men huset var ganske fint og lå dejligt med god udsigt. "

"Beim Eintreffen ins Haus, mussten wir feststellen, dass sich das Haus in einem ungereinigten Zustand befand. Der Fußboden war stark verschmutzt, Im Besenschrank befand sich Abfall. Hinzu kam, dass die Matratzen, Topper sowie Oberbett und Kissen mit sämtlichen Körperflüssigkeiten übersät waren. Sie waren für uns derart ekelhaft und unbenutzbar. Das galt für alle 6 Betten. Ebenso stellten wir fest , dass die vorhandenen Sitzmöbel stark durchgesessen, verdreckt und somit längst entsorgt gehörten....

"Had the indignity of sleeping on soiled mattresses. My previous experience of Novasol customer service following cancellations of my original booking was extremely negative. Hence no point in contacting Novasol about the problem. I have the same opinion about Vbro so won't be using your services again. Bye bye"

"Wir haben uns auf den Urlaub mit den Kindern, Eltern und Schwester gefreut, auf Wind und Regen eingestellt haben wir diese eigentlich wunderschöne Unterkunft gebucht mit Whirlpool, Sauna und Swimmingpool Ende August auch mit angelegtem Garten. Vorgefunden haben wir dann einen nicht fertiggestellten Hof mit Stolperfallen von der anfangs dort befestigten Sauna, der Whirlpool konnte nicht genutzt werden, da das Wasser über einen externen Schlauch nach Reklamation genutzt werden musste um den Pool...

"Das Haus war gut zu finden und zentral gelegen, für Ausflüge an die Nord- und Ostsee, sowie in den Norden und Süden. Abgesehen von kleineren Schönheitsfehlern, war das Haus gut gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Bei einer kurzfristigen Störung mit dem Strom wurde uns sofort und unkompliziert durch Novasol geholfen Das war Klasse."

"Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub der auch entschleunigt hat. Super Lage mit max. 25 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Der Hafen ist wunderbar und man kann total entspannen. Haus super außer im Sanitärbereich. Hier wäre mal wider eine Renovierung notwendig wider"

"Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus jedoch sind die 150€ für die Endreinigung nicht angebracht. Das Haus war bei Ankunft nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Der Whirlpool im Außenbereich stand auf Vollgas (Verbrauchskosten werden extra berechnet und von der Kaution abgezogen), völlig verschäumt und grün. Im Haus gab es ebenfalls einige Mängel. "Restaurant next door and opposite. Bus stop right outside the apartment hotel. Safe (you require key code) to enter building. Great communication from the hotel staff via email (before check in), any other communication via sms. It is not the quietest hotel as it is close to bus stop, so during day time you will hear frequent bus noises. Still deserves 5 stars. Will stay again. "
