"The staff here take care with the cleaning and the gardens and the pool is well looked after. The property overall all needs general maintenance and repair. We stayed in a two bedroom bungalow. Lots of steps. The accommodation was basic but large and clean. We had a lovely balcony with great views, birds, watching the fishing boats come in and out, and the sunset. The breakfast was average. The pool was great. No lunch or dinner service but a good choice of a few restaurants in the small village...

"Blu guesthouse is a delightful bungalow far from the maddening crowd. It is charming, clean property at the edge of Amed and amongst very friendly villagers. This was the perfect place for a solo traveler looking for a peaceful retreat with partial ocean views. The beach is easily accessible via "stairway to heaven" which was about 1.5km away.
