"The property was clean. Just the beds were single Beds in all couple rooms. Would be great if they had double beds instead. "

"A lovely cosy cottage that was ideal for a Christmas stay with a toddler and dog in tow. Cottage was warm and well-equipped with everything we needed. 20-25 mins from nearest beaches and we also enjoyed walking round the farm and visiting the chickens. We would stay here again - super spot! "

"This was our second Christmas spent at Andy’s cottage. Perfect size for the three of us. Kitchen has all of the essentials and is a lovely size looking out over the garden and fields. Shitterton is a lovely quiet hamlet with lovely period, thatched cottages.Most of our time was spent in the cosy, spacious living room with a fire roaring away. Lovely place and Andy is a great host and responds promptly to any questions."

"We came for a short break Thursday-Sunday. The van was spotless. The host thought about everything from providing fairy liquid, to loo rolls. Even a little sewing kit in the bathroom. "The location, the house, wow this was absolutely faultless. 7 adults, 1 teenager and 2 two dogs for 3 nights at new year and it was everything we hoped for. Spectacular views and perfect for the storm as we hunkered down and had a fire in the comfortable lounge playing games. "Perfect venue for a cosy week catching up with friends, we had been looking for somewhere large enough for all 10 of us to get together, play board games and have a film night! This was perfect! The dining table accomodated us all, as did the sofa! We also did all our own cooking and found the kitchen to be well equiped, (far more so than some professional kitchens weve used!) Fantastic Stay

"What a great character place to stay for a couple of nights. Beautifully refurbished rooms and quiet even though close to a road. The inclusive breakfast was excellent with cereal, bread/toast, a selection of jams and a choice of hot food brought to you fresh and of course unlimited tea/coffee. All for a similar price to Premier Inn (no competition)"

"An excellent find - Great well appointed room, very clean and a very comfy bed. Bathroom was very clean and an excellent shower. Little touches like biscuits and chocolate treats were totally unexpected but gratefully received. Staff were very polite and provided an excellent service. The included breakfast was great. Overall 5*. I will certainly stay again when in the area."

"This was a 10/10 for us. Just wonderful in all ways. It was romantic, scenically amazing with such a pretty sea view room and balcony, the room was beautiful, clean, fresh and white and bright and it was such a comfy bed and with so many high quality and thoughtful touches in the room like many lovely teas and drinks and quality biscuits, the food in the restaurant was delicious and even the staff were very friendly as well and helpful too. What more could we possibly have asked for as a special pre-Valentines trip ? It was quiet and peaceful too at this time of year. We will definitely return. The fact that the WiFi was attained with a bit of data release probably was a plus for us as in choosing not to go there we had more of a rest and could make a call we had to make outside so that was not in any way a negative in real terms. It was a bonus really. Lulworth was already a favourite place but now we have a favourite place to stay there too. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. "
