"Have been coming here over the past 30 years. The area around the hotel has improved a lot. You feel safe walking. However there are pan handlers on the river walk that I don’t like. The hotel is showing signs of ware and tare and needs to be spruced up. I still like it and the location is great. $50 a day for parking is a bit over the top. "

"This place has a fantastic location. The rooms are updated to modern appeal. I enjoyed the mural on the walls of the place as it once was. The a/c was really doing a great job on such a hot day. The staff were extremely nice. The only drawbacks are that the bed has obvious dips where people sleep and the door to the balcony was a hot mess. Mold was in the top corner of the ceiling and a good bit of it too but this was an old building. Beware that there is a daily resort fee that Expedia doesn’t...

"Amazing but the only problem I have is that you are charged to use the hotel transportation daily. Which I think is so unfair because I didn’t use it but I was charged for it. I debated it but still no results in the end because if you drive your own car, why would I need to use a hotel car, and they want to charge for the parking garage or valet parking which I didn’t use either . Those charges were removed. But not the daily $35 charge for hotel car."
